considering the differences of mens temper and casts
of characters, is it possible to say, that there should
be anybody who, even after hearing everything that
could be urged to dispel such apprehensions, might
remain dissatisfied. But in estimating the effects
of the measures upon the value of your Lordship's
estate, the true question is, as your Lordship's discernment
