if the Bill could not be got through this Session, Administration
would have no objection to the making me the adhering to executing the terms
of the Contract at any time with regard to the above advances of £10,000 and £10,000 now <add>immediately</add>, I finding
proper security that I the money should be applied to the purposes of
the intended establishment, and not otherwise. This accordingly I
s flatter myself, considering the circumstances stated in my
letter of the 30th last instant to Mr Nepean, and which Mr
Pitt and Mr Dundas are in possession of, will be found
not unreasonable: and on those terms the years further delay which would
otherwise be ensue from the apprehended postponement would
be very considerably reduced.

But finding myself in immediate want of a present
supply to the amount id £2,000, owing to deaths & some other unexpected incidents
which they are also apprised of, and for the relief of
necessities which have been also stated, the purpose of
my writing to you this day was to request a supply to that amount
in the mean time, wh immediately without being obliged being obliged to
