pursued (in the hands of Mr Blake of the Treasury)
a Copy applied for, and when may be obtained will be transmitted by applying
without delay to Mr Nepean..
It is absolutely necessary that the Bill should
be drawn by Friday next, that it may be
transmitted early on that day to Mr Lowdnes for
him to peruse and settle, that it may be in readiness
to be brought in leg on Monday.
It is particularly requested that the Bill be Mr ——— will be Pleased to observe that
drawn as short as possible, since upon the shortness
of the Bill depends its chance of passing this Session, a failure
in which would be attended with great public private as
well as private public inconvenience.
