Under the following circumstances, (the Bill having
yesterday passed both houses) there will, I flatter myself
be no objection to the making immediate application
from your Office to the Treasury for the first advance
to the amount of £10,000 which by the terms agreed
on upon about a twelvemonth ago was to have been made
