I understand at Walmer; consequently with Mr Pitt
to whom at one time the business was not altogether
strange I think
to whom I have not attempted about to be troublesome
these
three months ago to be equally troublesome &
with equal ill success I have the honour to be
object, if it be still or was an object with Administration
is but for one year more, and was on the
point of being lost for ever.
