The sort of person to whom the secondary
or say subsidiary law is addressed is where
it is of the remunerative kind most commonly
the not the Judge but the some functionary
of another class to whom for this purpose the
disposal of the matter of good is entrusted.

But shd it so happen that by this
dispenser of the matter of good in the shape
of the matter of reward objectn to the
making of this disposal of it has been made
then again comes another subsidiary law
addressed in the case to the Judge;
& to the Judge it will belong to compel or
refuse to compel the administrative
functionary (for so he may be styled)
to dispose of the matter of reward in questn
in the manner in whh it is the request
of the party claiming remuneratn that
it may be disposed of.

As to the matter of remunerative inducemt
few in comparison narrow the aggregate of their extent are the cases in which application is made of it in
comparison of those in whh it is the matter of
punishmt that applicatn is made of.
