To fulfill its purpose it is matter of indispensable necessity
that the present draught should convey to every mind the
ideas it means to convey without any use made of terms
any term whatever the import of which can no otherwise

of as to be taken for a model, an imitation rather than
a translation will be the proper appellation of that part of his work.
