species whatsoever age
or sex
4. Sexes and ages.
Whatsoever is predicated of the male sex in the human
beings species understand to be meant to be predicated
of the female: except in so far as it may happen
that, from the context, the contrary intention is manifest.
Whatsoever is predicated of the human species
without mention of age, understand as to be meant
to be predicated of persons of all ages, and in particular
of minors: except in so far as it may happen
that, from the context,the contrary intention is manifest.

Whenever a year is mentioned, understand
as meant a solar year: except in so far as it may
happen that, from the context, the contrary intention
is manifest.

So a month a
lunar month
Whenever a moth is mentioned, understand
to be mentioned meant a lunar month: except in so far
as it may happen that, from the context, the contrary
intention is manifest.

So a day 24 hours
Day - wheresoever the word day is mentioned,
understand to be meant the day of 24 hours, such one
according to the made nost in use among
European nations: except should happen,
that, from the cotext, it should be manifest, that
the word day is meant used in a contradistinction to night:
meaning either the times of day light, or the times during which
Business is done in contradistinctions to the ordinary
time of repose.
