To those sages of the law and guardians of public morals
Acts perceived or unperceived have been this evil evil in those shapes to the rest of
the community, good in those shapes to themselves. If perceived
what shall be said of their moral aptitude, if unperceived, of their
intellectual aptitude.

As to moral aptitude, made matchless constitutes
by as often as official duty came upon the carpet nothing do you have in either house but as on the part of all purchasers in privateso on the part of this in a more measure and degree mutual reciprocal and
attestation and laudation of but millions points of ,
immaculate and spotless purity, and of the calumniousness
of those discourses by which the opposite turpitude is spoken
of as actually in actual or so much as possible. In whatsoever
occasion profit is derived by those same ruling few from the misery of the subject

the act has been produced, always some other motive, named denominated
