Art. 72 George the third got plunder booty made and placed
at his disposal to the amount of 17 millions of pounds sterling.
He could not have obtained this booty without accomplices
in the shape of judges. For putting him in
possession of the means law or the semblance of it was necessary.
From Parliament the law necessary to the purpose could not
consistently with safety and quiet if it on any basis if at all be obtained the denial
would have been too pretenceless: the injustice of it too glaring.
But f by Judge made English Judges nothing so far is too flagitious
to be capable of being done: and done in such manner
as to be secure secured against observation: bulky accidents of r
accidents of rare occurrence, secure against reprehension
the power power of the populace or moral sanction and from the tribunal of public opinion.

Art. 73 A Judge for for the purpose in any an eminent
