Ideas , verba. – Hence, that language most apt which affords
the richest set of conjugates.

Each branch of law will have its appropriate mass of language.

A good Code ought to be its own Institute: it ought to supersede all demand
for every other. For Law, one book; for Divinity, none, divinity
teaches what it is impossible to know.
