Subornation of falshood – Judge's to Prison not
to plead Guilty.

To the Judge belong in England two enjoined but perfectly
distinguishable functions. 1. the ordinary or judicial

2. the extraordinary or legislative. This latter extraordinary as well as the

prostitute instrument of pleasure and thence of felicity has ceased, the employment
of the prostitute instrument of pain evil and thence of infelicity
takes place with prodigiously encreased efficiency.
