Judges passed to two

Legislators profit maker der to profit from pation
made of their own authority - of their own peculiar authority?
Oh yes: and behold in this contrivance<add>consequence</add>the depth of this counter policy
then
how has the depth of the contrivance
No substantial loss in any shape - did any of the the individual, in
question experience from it in any shape: no sooner had the
judges made any law which by the uncommonly acknowledged legislator
was regarded as being prejudicial to their own particular
interest than they would as they aim well assured, clip the
ways of the supposed refractorynecessary interdicators, and give their reason
sufficient for representing of this enterprize

In the mean time by the hands of these their has instruments
the King Monarch - like real legislator could increase oppression
in a thousand shapes in what for the fine of the odious could might
have sufficed to prevent him bearing a visible part in the
exercise of it. In this way by the markets,<add>five </add>creations five instruments of his all
five treated by him and one of them dislocable at a moments
warning as well as locable be it he has
all along been in the habit of producing
throughout the whole field of legislation the effect of a correspondent
mass of penal law

These creations are,1 in the first place the five Judges
composing the Judiciary called the Kings Bench - thus far or
any three of them: in three, in the framing of the mass
of counterfeit had not current and efficiently not the less operators land, the confirmation
bound of the power of legislation has been exercised.
2. In the next plan the Attorney General by whom in his
address to those same Judges in enfranchise of the as yet unfabricated
