Supplemental Advice in regard to the mode
of Statements.

Throughout on the occasion of every fact the
time should be mentioned with the
utmost exactness possible – year,
month & day according to the Christian
computation and even if the
time of day happens to be material
the time – so in regard to place
the town if it be in a town, the
street around the house & even the
apartment if so it be that the apartment
happens to be material – so if in
the country the open plains the forest
the hill the valley & so forth.

Wherever a known person is mentioned
his or her name rank if
any and occupation if
any together with his of her age should be
mentioned. (If an act blameworthy,
praiseworthy or indifferent be mentioned
as having been done by anybody a
description should be given of the
person as above, & of the person or
persons if any whomever affected it
& in what way affected.
