1826 it should seem that for the discussion of a Constitutional
question the Cons Royale was on the of 1825,
about to be convolved. A Judicatory not in existence, unless
convolved! When Suppose no Judicatory in existence what
would become of justice? Do malefactors in their enterprizes
wait for the convocation of judicatories.
