To the arrangements in detail necessary

Indirectly impunity given. Individual
1. Non-informatipursuit. Case private-public persons individuals damnified assignable.
2. Non-information. Case purely public: individuals damnified unassignable.
3. Evidence suppression: in either the one sort of case, or the other.
4. Aid to justice Withholding and to justice where needed.
II. Directly – impunity – given. Judicial functionaries.
1. Decision disposition on grounds foreign to the merits.
2. Misconduct productive of this effect disposition on the part of any one of
