In the character of standards of right and wrong, this
axiom and explanation with the correspondent principle
and rules will at any rate be intelligible: whether conformable
or no to the greatest happiness principle the reader will judge
In default of such intelligible standard, divers others
altogether insignificant and nonsensical have hitherto been
in possession of being appointed employed, in argumentative discourse
especially when orally delivered in Parliament or elsewhere
Nonsensical phrase the first every principle of justice
contrary to every principle of justice – what is proposed is
contrary to every principle of justice.

The two pieces of In one this point the two pieces of

list of locutions generally recognized in the character of
principles of justice.

assumed is – that there are more than two of them.
But a matter notorious and altogether undeniable is
that no such locutions are or ever have been in existence – committed
to black and while in any discourse that has anywhere
been committed to print
