§. 1. Use of this delineation

fruits of the same
tree.

not only by all political disorders,
but by all remedies from the
same source.

condition precedent
to the maximization
of the good,
and minimization
of the evil is the
tracing the course taken
by each as it
flows from human
agency.

4. As to evil – Exclusion
being impossible,
remains minimization
as the only
desireable result
possible.

Symptoms of the disorder
the lots of evil
as they flow from
mischievous agency.
Ingredients in the
remedy, lots of good as
they flow from human
agency, producing
evil in the first place,
in the shapes of
punishment, and
burthen of making
compensation.
