of all sorts — illegal coercion or say constraint & restraint —
deception, viz by information or by suppression of information

the demand for punishment — Delinquency — its several stages:
viz that of design, preparation, attempt and consummation —
whence of offences inchoate and consummate — influence
of these distinctions, on the presence and absence of alarm
and danger — thence on the demand for punishment. Use of
watching over and providing delinquency in all these its
stages — Co offender or say Co delinquent including Principals
and accessories — or say accomplices — use of looking out for
them and operating against them on the occasion of every species
