before the Judge that the Judge may see whether information
is given of the dangerousness and that information
sufficiently accurate and extensive. In the
case of corruption as above to this condition there cannot
surely be any sufficient objection

To provide for this case in the Guardian & Ward;
code might be an enactment prescribing this resort
to the Judge and giving a list of dangerous occupations
and abodes with a list of the disorders of which they are
respectively apt to be productive.

2y who are the sort of persons to whom the answers
to the questions concerning unhealthiness may
with advantage be referred? 1 Medical men — suppose
the college of Physicians and surgeons, no one signing
for the whole but each one for himself. 2 2y the persons
who not being medical men may be expected to be best
qualified for looking out for the trades in question, each
making report respecting all such occupations as may
have presented themselves to him in this view.

From a guardian recommendation may have
the effect of corruption. Of the restriction upon him
what shall be the instrument? Shall it be the diverting
him of benefit the benefit there from derived? Shall
it in addition be punishment in any other and what
shape?

Caution lest by ostentation of sagacity rulers should
be led to inhibit occupations which are not productive of evil
in any shape and occupations which through productive of evil
are productive of good to a preponderant amount
