From this part off the penal code to the several particular
codes belonging to the several occupations & other
situations in life

Class the instruments and operations of annoyance
either to a neighbourhood or to an individual. In the
first case they will be a sort of semi public offence.
Among them there are those in considerable numbers
which are the usual subject matters of covenants and
leases.

Title employable in each of the particular
codes or ay any rate in most of them this. Calamities
and Casualties obviated.

Note a few correspondent general heads might
serve for all or most occupations or situations in life.

And forget that all pleasure is good that
there exists not good in any other shape exemption
from evil to a preponderant amount excepted; evil being
rather positive that is to say pain or negation or
say privative that is to say privations in respect of
pleasure
