Law Amendments or Penal Code of Blackstone

With a view to desirable results, the elements
of appropriate aptitude have often been brought to view
frequent occasion there has been and will again be to
bring to view the several elements of appropriate aptitude.

But with no less propriety and utility
same articles elements instruments of elucidation and direction
brought to view with relation to undesirable results
in general, and the commission of misdeeds converted by law
into offences in particular.

Whatsoever be the species of the offence, this principle of arrangement
will be found applicable to it.
