1832 Jany
Pannomion

As to the Statutes which at the time of its receiving
the sanction of the legislature remains in force, which they will
do, so long as they remain unrepealed at and or before
the sanction has been repealed given to it, the exposition
here given to the correspondent locution in this Pannomion
will not be applicable to them. But to all such for the
interpretation of all such locutions it is by reason will that is to
say by consideration of the cast in view what appears to have
been in view in each instance that the interpretation
put upon the same locutions will be determined: and
thereby that misinterpretation avoided which by the hands
of the Judges of past and existing Judicatories stiled Courts of Common
Law have bee has been wont to have place.

Of such misinterpretation in example is the following
cases.
