Insolvency Act
N.B. Of the inability in question here expence has been
a frequent cause
As to the intended The object of it one it seems not quite altogether
to that it with so distinctly manifest, as the
general effect.
Whatsoever ulterior further divisions may be found requisite
in the first instance with a degree of propriety to
which it seems not very easy to object the whole
assemblage of insolvent debtors insolvents, past, present and future
may be distinguished divided into two classes – viz the blameless
and the blameable blameworthy.

description of persons are thus distinguished by the very those very names
denomination of the propriety of these denominations be admitted
an indication a decision seems to be afforded and that a decision

of the difference in the sort of treatment due to them at
