XLVII. And be it Enacted, That if either party shall be dissatisfiedReview by motion to Courts of Westminster.Appeal ultum
with the decision of the Judge or Judges of assize, it shall be lawful for
him to apply by motion to one of the Courts of Westminster Hall, first
paying into the hands of the Registrar of the court in which the action3dvutualAplant Requium29
5was brought, the sum recovered by the judgment, and finding security for
the costs of the cause, and also for the costs of the application to be made.
XLVIII. And be it Enacted, That it shall be lawful for the Judge inPoints and cases reserved by Judges in Ordinary.
