proceeding was instituted in pursuance of the
order made in the matter of Strode's charity

letting and management of the trust property
belonging to Galthorpe's charity, at Barmby-

its increased revenues.

by Mordecai Cutts to the poor of Thorne in
Yorkshire, and interest theron from 1788, remaining in the hands of
Robert Elmhirst, as representative of the executor of Mr. Cutts,
and for directions for the establishment of the charity and application
of the income.

by their deceased father whilst a trustee, without having paid any rent
for the same; and for the settlement of a scheme for the future
management and regulation of the charity, and application of the funds.

trustees, Mark Morrell, James Mor-
rell, and William Slatter :| --For the establishement of the charity for the
the poor of the parish of St. Clement, Oxford,
and the due administration of the funds thereof, and for setting aside
a lease granted 7 October 1826 to defendants Morrell's mortgagees of
the defendant Slatter, on a fine, at a small rent ; and for an injunction
restraining the trustees from granting similar leases of the other parts
of the charity property.
