when a decree was made, directing the cor-
poration to pay into court £.719. 15. 7. the balance due from them in 1815, with interest at
4 per cent ; to account for their receipts and payments since that time, and the settlement of
a scheme for the regulation of the several charities. The decree in in preparation.

for payment of the legacy and interest, the
information was filed on 30th March 1830.
He has since paid the principal of the leagcy
and £.126 for 42 years interest, together
with £.16. for costs.

1830. The defendants have appeared, but
not answered.
