of a sale, then directing the settlement of a scheme for the management and
letting of the estate in future, and also directing the taxation of the costs of the

consists, and how the same is hed, and whether it would be for the benefit of
the Charity that the property should be held upon the trusts thereof, or that the
legacy should be paid by the Corporation of Dartmouth and applied to such
