1830, when a decree was made, declaring
the property in question of the annual
value of about £.580. to belong to the charities, in respect of which £.7. per
annum only has been hitherto applied, and directing an inquiry as to the expe-
diency of selling the property, or part of it, and if the Master should disapprove
of a sale, then directing the settlement of a scheme for the management and
letting of the estate in future, and also directing the taxation of the costs of the
suit, and the amount to be raised and paid out of the charity estate. | - - - - -

and others: | --The cause was heard on 21st June
1830, when a decree was made for an
account of the receipts and payments of defendant Thomas Brown from 1799, and he was directed
to elect within a month whether he would retain the vicarage
or mastership of the school.

1829, when a decree was made, declaring
the Charity entitles to the property pur-
chased with the legacy, or to the legacy itself, as may be most beneficial to the
Charity, and referred it to a Master to inquire of what the property so purchased
consists, and how the same is hed, and whether it would be for the benefit of
the Charity that the property should be held upon the trusts thereof, or that the
legacy should be paid by the Corporation of Dartmouth and applied to such
trusts. Proceedings have been taken before the Master under the decree. | -- - - - -
