cellor's paper for hearing. | ----
N⁰19 - ditto - | The Haberdasher's Com-
pany, London: | --On 25th May 1829 the Master made
his report under the order of 13th May
1828, and on the 20th July 1829 the
cause was heard for further directions,
when the scheme settled by the Master
was confirmed and the Master directed
to tax the subsequent costs of the parties,
which were ordered to be paid out of the
trust funds; this the Master has done,
and certified the same by his report of
11th December 1829. | The whole objects of the
suit have been attained.
N⁰ 21 - ditto - |John Hutton, esq. and
others: | --
The cause was heard by his Honour
the Master of the Rolls on the 6th May
1830, when a decree was made, declar-
ing that the estate of Mr.John Hutton at
Marshe was liable to the rent-charge of £.22. 13.4., and an account
was decreed against him from the year 1815 of the arrears of that
sum, and of what he had received of a yearly sum of £.24., a rent-
charge belonging to the Charity issuing out of manors of Thornton
and Ulnaby, with annual rests and interest at five percent., directing
a conveyance of the Charity estates to ne trustees to be appointed
by the Master, and the costs of the informant, the heir at law, and
the vicar of Warton to be taxed; the costs of the informant, as
between party and party, to be paid by the defendant John Hutton ;
the residue of the costs to be paid out of the estate. | -----

by, bart. and others : |-- <p>the cause was heard for further direc-
tions on the 24th July 1829, and under
the order then made, the Attorney-Gene
ral's costs of the suit, subsequent to the
decree, were taxed by the Master and
reported by him on 14th August 1829.
The trustees applied to the court by
petition for the fund in court, to enable
them to rebuild the school premises,
which, by order dated 1st August 1829,
was directed, and the costs of that appli-
cation were also taxed and reported by
the Master on 14th August 1829.
N⁰ 25 - ditto - | The Leatherseller's Com-lb/>pany, London,
(Elliot's Gift:) | -- The cause was heard on 6th May 1830,
when the Master of the Rolls made a de-
cree, declaring the Charities entitled to
the estate, in proportion to the amount of
the charity funds contributed to the pur-
chases, and directed an account to be
taken of the receipts of the Company on
account of the Charities since 23rd August
1819, and an inquiry how the same have
been applied. | -----
N⁰ 26 - ditto - | The Leatherseller's Com-
pany, London,
(Gravener's Gift:) | The cause was heard on 6th May 1830,
when the Master of the Rolls made a de-
cree, declaring the Charity entitled to one
moiety of the estate at Barnet, and di-
rected an account to be taken of the re-
ceipts of the Company on account of that
moiety since 1813, and an inquiry as to
their application thereof. | -----
