under the order of 13th May 1828 at
£.175. 2. 6., of which £.126. 17. 10. were
paid by the defendants, and the residue,
amounting to £.48. 4. 8., has been paid
out of charity funds; credit has been
given to the Treasury for both these sums.

The subsequent costs of the Attorney-
General, under the order of 21st July
1829, have been taced at £.29. 14. 10.,
and have been paid out of the charity
funds; credit will be given to the Trea-
sury for this sum in the next account.

The Treasury have had credit for the
whole costs received.
