N⁰ 5, in first Sche-The Master made his report, dated
22nd March 1829, under the decree of
10th December 1828, of his having ap-
pointed trusteees, and settled the deed for
vesting the annual charge in them, and of
the taxation of costs. £.49. 2. 10. the
extra costs of the Attorney General have
been paid out of the fund in court, and
credit will be given to the Treasury for
the same in the next account. Upon
payment by the defendant of £. 30. 9. 6.
the taxed costs between party and party,
the suit will be at an end.
The reference as to the application of
part of the fund in court, in liquidation of
certain claims on the charity, has been
proceeded in, and he Master's report ob-
tained, which has been confirmed, and
the Attorney General's cost of the pro-
ceedings taxed at £.26.10.4. and paid.

The cause came on to be heard on
15th June 1830, when the Master of the
Rolls was of opinion the property belong
ing to the parish of St.Stephen, Walbrook,
could not be made answerable for the charity funds which had been applied to the purposes of that parish. The suit is to be retained till
1845, in order that, on the expiration of the present lease of the charity
estate, a scheme may then be settled for the application of the increased
income the expected to take place; the parish in the mean time to
keep an account of and accumulate the unapplied portion of the present
rent of £.10. per anum.

The Master on 13th February 1830
made his report, under the decree, of his
having appointed new trustees, and settled
the conveyance of the charity property to
them, and of the taxation of the costs.
The trustees are about to receive the re-mainder of the trust fund from the Ac-
countant General, and the suit will then
be at an end.
Proceedings under the decree have been
taken befor the Master. The defendants
Ward have presented a petition of appeal
against the decree.

The dean of Ripon having died, the
suit became abated, and an information
of revivor against his executors has been
filed, and an order to revive obtained.
