Session 1828. | In the matter of Horman
Atwood's Charity:

Bateman's Charity: | --Proceedings under the order have been
continued.

N⁰4 ditto - -| In the matter of Bideford
Bridge Trust:

The Master made his report on 18th
August 1829, and on hearing a petition
to confirm that report, and for consequen-
tial directions, and a cross petition of the trustees on 1st
December 1829, the Master of the Rolls made an order
for the Master to make another inquiry relative to the
Charity property, and to review a part of the scheme
settled by him. A new scheme has been laid before
the Master, and approved by him.

School:

The Master, by a report dated 13th
August 1829, approved of a scheme for
the regulation of the Charity, which re-
port has been confirmed by an order dated
5th November 1829. and thereby the
Master was directed to tax the peti-
tioner's costs, which were to be paid out
of the charity funds.

All the objects of the pe-
tition have been attained,
except the conveyance of
the legal estate of the cha-
rity property to the new
trustees, which have been de-
layed owing to the heavy
expense which would attend
the same.

N⁰8 ditto - - | In the matter of John
Hutton's Charity:

The Master, by his report dated 24th
July 1829, certified, he had taxed the
petitioner's costs at £.101.9.2 which
are to be paid out of the Charity funds.

tion have been attained.
N⁰10 ditto - | In the matter of Dorothy
Langdale's Charity: | --

The Master made his report on 3rd July
1829, approving the scheme which was
confirmed., by order dated 1st August
1829, and thereby the costs were directed to be taxed,
and paid out of the charity funds; the Master has reported
the taxation of the costs accordingly. The costs have not
yet been paid, but the trustees are about to raise the
amount.

Session 1829. | In the matter of Risley
School: | -- The Lord Chancellor gave his judgement
on the appeal petition on 1st June 1830,
according to the prayer of the original peti-
tion, and directed the petitioner's costs to
be taxed, and paid out of the charity funds.

Spoone's and Bingley House
Trusts: | --

The Master has made his report, dated
11th May 1830, of his having appointed
new trustees, and settled a conveyance to
them, and taken the account of the trustees
as to the Bingley House Trust, and settled
a scheme relative to that trust.

292, Session 1828. | In the matter of George
Strode and William Strode's
Charity: | -- The Master, on 19th November 1829,
made his report, that he was of opinion
proceedings should be taken to try the
validity of the alleged modus; the report was confirmed,
by an order dated 21st December 1829, and accordingly
a suit N⁰ 2 in the first schedule hereto has been instituted.

Session 1829. | In the matter of Roger
Wilkson's Charity: | --

The Master, on 22nd July 1829, made his
report of his having settled a scheme for
regulating the charity, and appointed new
trustees; the report was confirmed, by an order dated
1st August 1829 , and the Master was directed to settle a
conveyance to the new trustees, and the costs of the pro-
ceedings were ordered to be taxed, and paid out of the
charity funds.
