The costs have been taxed at £.119. 4. 10., the £.60 have been paid on
account, and the remainder will be paid soon after Michaelmas next, out of the
charity fund. In addition to the £.117. 16. already paid, the Treasury will
have to pay some small additional charges, but the whole will not exceed the
amount which will be reimbursed.
The £.135. 8. 8., with the addition of £.10. 7. 6. charges incurred before
the business came into J.Hine's hands, make £.145. 16. 2., the total amount
of costs, from which a deduction of £.3. 4. 11. was made on taxation, leaving
£. 142. 11. 3., which was received out of the charity fund.
The costs have been taxed at the same amount, but have not yet been
reimbursed, owing to a want of available funds of the charity.

The £.182. 6. 5. with the addition of £10. 10. 10. charges incurred
before the business came into J Hine's hands, make £.192. 17.3. Two
taxations of costs have taken place; the first costs were taxed at £.107. 13. 7.
and have been received; the subsequent costs have been taxed at £.83. 15. 8.
and are to be received out of the charity fund.
