"be the people of this Realm, of having their suits tried
"as speedily, and as near to their own homes as
"may be, whereby expense, vexation and delay may
"be avoided"

Of these words the
object is to induce the
belief that the object
of the bill is to reduce
the several evils in
question to as great
an much as may be.
From of these words, it is sufficiently manifested that
the purpose is, to induce in the part of of these same profit of these
same of the persuasion that of this Bill if passed into
an Act, the effect would be to reduce effect in deduction
from the previous amount of each of these there
several evils: and thus of the learned and hon'ble Gentlemen
whom the Bill has for its author, it was, all the time
of the introduction of it, the wish – the desire, and in consequence
the endeavour to make such deduction to as great
an amount "as it might be"
Thus far as to Bill and its author
