denial of justice to
individuals on the
defendant's side —
giving the relatively
rich power of exercising
oppression & depredation
at the charge of the
relatively poor

6. That, of such denial of justice, the effect, in so far
as it operates by preventing the commencement or the
continuance of it on the defendant's side, has for its effect the
putting it in the power of the relatively rich to exercise oppression
at the charge of the relatively poor oppression to an unbounded
extent: and in so far as the subject mater of the demand
is money or money's worth, depredation to an extent
unbounded: but in this case in the production of
depredation an active part must be taken, and accordingly is
taken by every such person by whom encrease addition to any
given made to the expenses

7 Under the name of administration of
Justice
sale of the
faculty of committing
oppression

7. That of such denial of justice, in so far as
by any person by whom a part is taken in the giving encrease
to such expenses, he at the same time receiving a profit
upon such expense, contributes as much to that which is has been called
sale of Justice: but which when characterized by its
proper appellation is — sale of the faculty of committing
oppression
under the name of the administration of Justice.

8 All persons supporting
or encouraging such
oppression & depredation
are accomplices in every
act & of such persons
the author of the bill
the most active

8. That all persons by whom support whose proceedings or courage
are given or endeavoured to be given to the aggregate amount of
such oppression and depredation respectively, are accomplices
in every act of oppression or depredation so committed:
and that of all such maleficent persons he the most learned
and Honble Gentleman is by far the most active, and in his
design and operations the most strenuous and dangerous
that in the realm has ever appeared
