Method how pursued

For the purpose of proof, not having as Honble and
Most Honble Houses but in the case of Warren Hastings,
Sistem after Sistem, Year after Year, Volume after Volume at
commencement, it will be necessary for us to consolidate all the
above charges into one. Call it suppose Conspiracy for their own particular
and sinister benefit

to aggregate under on pretext of alleviating the burthen pressed already imposed on
on the people [with the attendant misery in all shapes]
Pursuing the order pursued adopted by Mr Bentham in his Pan
an all-comprehensive system of lists or body of law
we should on any other occasion have brought to view in
the first place, what belongs to the Judicial Establishment: and
not till after that, any part of what belongs to the system of course of
Procedure:[+]
[+] and in so
doing what should so
far have pursued the
order pursued in the
Bill of Mr Brougham's

But in the scale of importance light on what belongs
to the Judicial Establishment in comparison of what belongs to
the system of Procedure

Taking in hand then in the first place, the mass of the
field of Procedure we shall proceed to trace out upon it
the principal charges

1. In addition to the already abundantly too numerous sorts
of judication called Courts, each of them proceeding according
to a different course of procedure consisting in no fewer
than five others, the five different courses of procedure to be
pursued at once by one and the same Judge.

2. In addition to the one inquiry requisite and necessary to
be made in relation to the aggregate of the matters of fact belonging
to one and the same suit or say demand made at the hands
of the Judge, or in one case of an extraordinary description and
comparatively rare occurrence, one giving to the dishonest
and evil intentions s the faculty of oppressing and his
adversary
adversary, by causing
additional needless inquiries to
be made, one or a few
to the number of three
four, five, six or more
and in one instance to
a number altogether infinite.
