1. Power of referring
to Courts of law or Equity
for decision

1. Power of "raising the question for the decision of
any Court of law (there's for you Lord Tatriton", there's for
you Sir Nicklas!) "in Equity" (there's for your Sir John Lord Master of
the Roll's Honour — there's for your you Sir Lancelot Vice Chancellor, there's for you
Lord Lyndhurst!)
