Chicaneria
4. Arbitratrix

7. Power to regulate
instalments

7. Nor is this all. For lest it should not be suff
up, (per §. 84) at a touch of the wand of Cicaneria Arbitratrix starts
the idea of instalments. Number of these instalments whatsoever
in his tender mercy and situated the the Arbitrating Judge shall
please: the greater the number, the more illustrious the
manifestation of his tenderness. So much for mercy. But
now for Justice. The instalment not paid, on each such
default, comes an attachment. An attachment! what simplicity!
Attachment this in word and no more. But then the
pregnant, most satisfactory pregnant is the same event,
in the event of it b the motion the Defence — with
the affidavit wish of the physiology of which intention has
just been given, as above.

But now again as to this same instalment wish:
If good in Chicaneria Arbitratrix's field of dominion, why
not in any or all of those of her three elder Sisters?
