Chicania

In French Conciliation
Courts expences fifteen
pence only In Brougham's
expense enormous

In the French delay step with this sign to it a man has fifteen pence to pay
on going in; he has nothing to pay at going out

In Mr Broughams Reconciliation Court there is 3s to pay and
2s and 2s 6 and a penny per pound, and 2d a pound
So says Mr Sihichel But worse are Judges of in Ordinary said
had no more concern were no more burthened by scruple than the members of
this system afforded as should not state this: but to say to them what
we should do, and how we should proceed, would be to expose
members to the prevalent members, by which now a man
