Where Evidence holders

Judgeshire where the
suit originated intercommunication
oral
or epistolary

When the Evidence holders do have not all of them their
residence in the Judge-shire in which the suit has originated.
the Evidence of one or more, must, if at all,
be checked either orally by the Judge of the same Judge-
shire if near at hand, or by the Judge of some other Judge-shire, near
or howsoever distant, or epistolarily. Between these three
options of course in each individual case does Mr
Benthams Judge originality instituting Immediate Judge
according to the circumstances of each such individual
Evidence-holder in each such individual case

In every such case
antagonization between
ends of Justice direct & collateral
of

In every such case, antagonization will (it
may be seen) have place the several ends corresponding to
the several ends of justice – ends direct and collative
direct, minimization of the evils of mischance and
non-decision where decision is due, on the other hand,
minimization of expence, delay and vexation

The ballance struck

case

Here then in each individual case in the account of good and evil will be to
be struck a balance in every individual case
Nor unless by an unintentional error in the account
will the balance hew to the side of evil

If for in the endeavour to minimize the on the
side of evil, removal of the enquiry, or if any part of it
be produced, by the hand of Nature will the evil be
done, and no where will there be any such thing as blame.

not removal

Now then in addition to those which are the remediless
work of Nature, in to whose name are amateurs of rhetorical
flavour may attach if so it pleases him, any such absolute
as angry or , is inexorable; or so forth.
