For every sort of suit demand and every individual demand
saving exception dictated by preponderant good and, all each of them
once for all, enunciated
1. One mode of commencement, one

Quater ab incipto porcastent
3. One mode of eliciting evidence
4. One mode of securing against wilful or less falshood &
the correctness and sufficiency of evidence
5. One mode of minutation or say registration of the matter of
the evidence.
6. in this mode whatsoever material is by
any person said or done during the sitting of the Court
that no Judge, nor any mercenary hireling bully may his
evidence and verbal outrage in the darkness of
splity
