By §74 No legacy

written instruments
no fewer than 7

Now for a rule Section §.74. It occupies half
the page. Gentlemen Attention to your use is it dedicated:
to you it is a very god mine. Written instruments
or documents no fewer than 7 which in one number or another
(in which exact number it would take too many words
to endeavour to determine) say in one number or another the
unhappy individual by whom a legacy which can not be
more than £100 can be so much as claimed: documents
which may be respectively in one part of the kingdom or in another
part of the kingdom, in the custody of an individual or of
another individual: and hereupon besides editions and
articles come services and shewings, with copies
upon copies, words upon words, and fees upon fees.

JB's bill would
carry off the whole of
this god mine

Now, Readers, figure to yourself Mr Bentham with his
Bill. To this figurative gold mine a few lines a line or two of that same
Bill would be what an overwhelming flood would be to a
real goldmine.

appointed by the Judge for the attendance of the alledged Legatee
and the attendance of the alledged Executor face to face
in the presence of the Judge. Speaking to the alledged Executor

as above the allegation of which in and by his demand
purpose had been made necessary to the giving to his demand
the necessary p and weakest ground) admitt them or
