Review§. 6. Fidelity of Service.

To form a right and clear conception of the nature
of the arrangement, a Naboths vineyard must be before
the minds eye. Let Naboth be the name of Call the destined victim, Naboth.
Naboth, the destined victim; David the intended non-official immolator:
Holy David, the man after the own heart of their
Lordships, the official immolators.

At the time in In this state of things which the arrangement
finds in existence, the vineyard is either in the possession
of Holy David, or it is not: if it is not, the object is to obtain
it: and the situation of Holy David is on the Plaintiff's
side: if Holy David is already in possession of
the vineyard, no matter by what means, then it is
that his object is – to retain it, and his situation
is on the Defendant's side.

First then let the malâ fide suitors side be the
plaintiffs side: Name of the suit in this case, Holy
David Esquire versus Naboth. Procedure in this case this.
Holy David distributes in the requisite quantity, among
the official members of the partnership money, in the predeterminate
proportions: and at the same time among
the non-official – the professional members, other money
in unpredeterminate and proportion in great
measure undeterminate casual that varying according
to the individual circumstances of each individual
case. While this process is going on, the official partners
deal by Naboth in the requisite manner, compelling
him, by the fear of being the seeing the Vineyard taken from
him, to distribute his money in the correspondent
proportions among the official members of the partnership
and those professional members whose situation is on his side.
