Review.
Between one time of a Judges sitting and another part of the
same Judge's sitting at the same place matchless Constitution
had and has intervals of days, weeks and months. Why?
Even because delay breeds incidents, incidents need a pretence
operation and instruments, operators and instruments, fees
and to lawyers of all sorts, in so far as care was to
be had without loss of fees profit, can
Moreover the greater the expence th of attending to demands to what was
called made of the services of the the greater the number of those who were
thus disabled from making any such demand, and
the fewer the demands thus made upon him, the more
his case. By exclusion put upon those who were
able to give fees of ease would have been
but profit would have been lessened: but by the exclusion
of those who can never to whom the yielding of this profit
was rendered impossible, ease was gained, and no
money profit being less, the gains were clear ones.
On this occasion what does what says Mr Bentham?
Not a month, not a week, not a day not an hour

let Justice too. There, verse there, reason. Better verse
may be made: reason stronger and more completely unanswerable
can not be made.
