Bankruptcy Court Bill(2)
Amendments

or 1.
Subdivision Courts suppose
the existence of
Division Courts – but
of these none to be
found in the bill

or 2
A Division Court
established – but a
sort of potential
Division Court in
nubibus

or 3
In Sect 6. The
formed into two
Courts – In Sect 6 they
are formable into
a Court or Courts
consisting of any
other number not
greater than six.

or 4.
Simple amendment
proposed for dividing
the six Commissioners
into as many Courts
each single-seated.

or 5.
Thus would moreover
be removed the cloud
raised in Sect 6 by
the talk about
references on adjournments
&c.

---page break---

By this same Sect. 7
secresy sought to be
established.

If as above proposed
the two Subdivision
Courts were blown
away so would
this abomination
along with it.

But so early as in
the 2d Sect. is this
right of doing wrong
lodged in the hand
of the Bankrupt
Court Judges.
