So much for as to single-seatedness: so much as to every
thing that has any direct app immediate application
to the particular measure in question; that is to say to
the merits and demands, of the Bill, now passed into an
Act. But, in the course of this enquiry, has unavoidably
been started another question – no less than – whether, in
under the present head of the law Law-reform
in any real and effective Law reform shape, and
deterioration as between and deterioration of the
whole mass taken together, if not – of these two opposite results deterioration is not the most probable and unhappily, the most probable. From these, Important as is the
