Bankruptcy Court Bill

Thinking of the Bill as I do – regarding it as one entire the fabric as altogether
in so large a proportion of rotten mass of rottenness – what is it that I propose. To
throw it out altogether pull it down the whole of it and send it into the fire?

Why not throw it out altogether: Because the
