BankruptcyLawyer's Inaptitude

Taking for correct the so much of the communication information
give to
made to me by my learned old friend, I chose from
them an instruction which to the state of the law in this
country, to the causes of law-reform, next to the happiness
of this part of the world, and thence to all others
perhaps be found seen to be of no inconsiderable importance.

It is the proof afforded of the inaptitude of the
indiscriminate defender of right and wrong by the indiscriminate
utterance of truth and falshood – given of their exemplary
inaptitude for the holy work of legislation and
legislative legislational penmanships. Generally speaking – (and exceptions
are, if any such are in existence remain to be looked for) how little
soever they understand what ought to be the matter of
the law rule of action, no better do they understand what ought to
be the form of it: little as they understand how to on each occasion how much
choice of the object to be aimed proper to be aimed at, – as little do they
understand what course to take for the purpose of accomplishing
it. They hatch enactment after enactment,
clause after clause, producing in appearance
in reality: endeavouring or making believe to endeavour seeking to produce effects by
means by which no such effects can in the nature of things
be produced. Inert and inefficient in and as to everything whi
good, other only intelligent and but
too successful one are they only namely the perpetual
and work of depredation: of depredation by encrease
of expence of gain to profit by expence, made for profit by expence, to expence itself and for expence delay, and by expence and
delay, denial and sale of justice.
