Motions, proposed to be made, for Returns, relation
to the business of the Charity-Inquiry Commissioners.

1. Account, of the several sums of money, which,
since the appointment of the Commissioners appointed to
inquire into the concerning Charities in England
and Wales, have been advanced by the Treasury,
on account of the costs of the proceedings thereupon, in the several
years from the commencement thereof to the
present time: together with the several totals of the several sums,
received, on that same account, by the Treasury:
distinguishing in each instance between those
received from Parties and those received from
the several Charity Funds, and the several other sources, if any
such there be.

☞ Persons to whom in their case the Order will
be to be addressed, the Lords of the Treasury.

2. Account, of the several sums of money,
which, since the appointments of the Commissioners
appointed to inquire concerning Charities in
England and Wales, have been paid to the Attorney or to the case of
Genera or for the Attorney General, distinguishing
between those so paid for his own use, and those so paid for
the use of any and what the several other persons if any, on account of
the costs of the such proceedings thereupon in the several
years from the commencement through to the
present time.

☞ those to whom in this case the Order will be to be
addressed, J. Stine 11 "Paper Building Temple" This
at least is the signature to the Return, the date of which the
Order for which is 13 July 1830. It is I suppose the
Solicitor who acts as such for the Treasury in the present instance.
