☞ To some time and trouble to readers, it is desirable, that,
at the end of each list of years, the total of the sums
should be inserted. In the paper, which bears the signature
J. Stine, this is not done. In this same paper
there is a strange error. In the percent at the highest uppermost part
of page 24, immediately under the last item of a list containing
8 items, are the figures £138:6s.1d. but not preceded the in
same line by the word Total, or by any other word: yet of
these 8 sums there are four sums of £117:16s.0d.' 135.8s:8d.; 101:8s:10d.
and £134:18s:d respectively. Below Immediately under this, come a second list of 3 sums others; and
a third, of 6 items; and to neither of these lists is are any such
sum or any in Figures above, or any word or letter, subjoined.

3. An Account, of the Totals, of the Rents, which
the payment of which has, in the several years, since the
appointment of the Commissioners appointed to inquire
concerning Charities in England and Wales, down to the present
time, being by, an or by means of, the said Commissioners,
here security or supposed to be secured: as
also but in a separate Table, one Accunt of all
such sums, if any, as, have been received in the said several years, by why means
of the said Commissioners or, by their means, by any and what other been received in any shape
other than that of rents as herein above-mentioned. above.
